  2. Re-cleaning: In cases where you are dissatisfied with the cleaning performed, we will schedule a re-cleaning session at no additional cost. This allows us to rectify any areas that may have been overlooked or not up to your standards.
  3. Refund Eligibility: If, after the re-cleaning, you are still not satisfied with the results, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are subject to the following conditions: a. Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of the re-cleaning session regarding your dissatisfaction and request a refund. b. Assessment: Our team will conduct an assessment to determine the validity of the refund request. This may involve revisiting the property or requesting photographic evidence of the areas of concern. c. Partial or Full Refund: Based on the assessment, we will determine the appropriate refund amount. A partial refund may be issued if only specific areas did not meet your expectations, while a full refund may be granted if the overall service was unsatisfactory.
  4. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within one business day. The refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
  5. Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
    a. Failure to notify us within the specified time frame.
    b. Requesting a refund for reasons unrelated to the quality of our cleaning service (e.g., changes in personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, etc.).
    c. Providing false or misleading information during the assessment process.
